The second stage cover tool for Apeks MTX and MTX-R is, without doubt, the ideal tool to open the covers of both Apeks second stage.
Place the tabs of the tool inside the rounded holes on the front cover of the Apeks MTX-R or MTX second stage.
Now turn the tool clockwise or counterclockwise to install or remove the cover.
 
This Apeks scuba tool is fully machined out of acetal and will therefore not damage the cover of the second stage during removal and installation.
