The universal hose protector tool can be used to put hose protectors on low pressure or high pressure hoses. The tool can also be used to slide a console over the high pressure hose.
 
This beautifully manufactured universal scuba tool has a brass cone on both sides which can be used to connect the high pressure and low pressure hoses of your regulator.
By pre-heating the hose protector in hot water, it becomes soft and can be installed more easily.
 
Method:
slide the hose protector over the stainless steel rod
Now turn the desired brass cone on the stainless steel rod
hold the white handle and slide the hose protector into place
 
The hose protector installation tool is precision machined from white acetal (POM-C), Brass, and stainless steel.
