The Oceanic quick-release tool is used to disassemble and assemble the Oceanic quick-release coupler (A different size than the Suunto quick-release coupler tool).
 
With a heavily corroded quick-release coupler, it is possible to use a 13mm Open end spanner, or Adjustable spanner wrench.
