The schrader valve stem tool is used to remove and install the Schrader valve from the BCD inflator.
If your LP hose starts to leak slightly at the inflator fitting when not attached to your inflation valve, the internal Schrader valve may be loose. This tool is used to tighten it up or replace the valve.
 
When your inflator hose only leaks while connected to the inflator you have to replace the O-ring inside the inflator coupler this can be done by using the inflator connector o-ring replacement toolset.
