This very handy scuba tool is used to tension the spring in the Scubapro AIR2 poppet assembly so it is easier to install the lever, washer, and nut on top of the poppet assembly.
Screw the poppet assembly over the threaded portion of the poppet assembly assist tool for the Scubapro AIR2 5th gen until tension is released from the internal spring. The lever assembly can now be installed.
This tool can be used on all AIR2 generations and it is made of precision machined acetal (POM-C).
