This tool is used to open and close the Scubapro MK19EVO balance chamber.
Normally the tool is used as a hand tool, but if the balance chamber is heavily corroded it can also be used in combination with a 17mm or 11/16" socket.
The tool is precision machined from stainless steel with hardened stainless steel tips and a stainless steel handle.
