The slotted orifice driver tool is used during regulator service for removing and installing the slotted orifice in many second-stage regulators.
 
After removing the hose from your second-stage regulator this tool comes in handy to unscrew the slotted orifice inside after which removal of the slotted orifice can be done with the orifice seat extractor tool.
The handle on the tool is knurled for a better grip and is made of stainless steel.
 
After service, this tool is also used to screw the slotted orifice back in (final adjustment of the orifice is done with the slotted inline second-stage adjustment tool.
