Refund / Cancellation Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else.

 

You can return or exchange your purchase 14 days after the receipt of the goods. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

 

The refund of your order will be done after the returned goods are received by us in their original packaging and without damage.

Shipping:

To return your product, you should mail the product to Sloetstraat 107 6821 CR Arnhem, The Netherlands.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over €30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
